This specialization deepened my understanding of UX research and evidence-based design, with a strong focus on understanding user needs and validating design decisions through structured research methods. The program emphasized translating research insights into practical design solutions.

Key focus areas included:

• UX principles, processes, and foundational research methods

• User interviews, needs analysis, and insight synthesis

• Usability testing and design evaluation with real users

• Concept development and multi-fidelity prototyping

• Large-scale research methods, including surveys, analytics, and A/B testing

• End-to-end UX capstone project from research to final design

This qualification strengthened my ability to conduct rigorous user research, evaluate designs with confidence, and design solutions grounded in real user insights.
